Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We are a non-profit organization. The use of Zoom Workplace helps us manage meetings to accommodate our Board of Directors, Executive Director, Managers, Centre Directors, Senior Workers, and all other Team Members. Without the use of Zoom Workplace, we would have many of our staff missing out on our meetings which are pertinent to our mission and vision.

  • Nothing comes to mind at the moment as Zoom Workplace has already helped us expand.

  • More collaboration due to the convenience.
I have not used Zoom AI Companion at this time. When time permits, I look forward to exploring Zoom AI Companion. It will be interesting to find out the things that Zoom AI Companion can do that will alleviate some of my workload when collaborating with my coworkers on organizational events.
Although, my co-workers have used the Microsoft Teams, I have not experienced using Microsoft Teams as of yet. However, I am not apposed to using Microsoft Teams. I rather enjoy using Zoom Workplace as I find it to be user friendly and we have a lot of non-tech savvy employees. So, Zoom makes my work easier.

Emergency meetings are sometimes difficult to make, but with the use of Zoom Workplace, we are more likely to meet quorum and able to move forward with important requests and concerns. Those who are out sick are able to still attend from the comfort of their home and their voice is still heard.

Using Zoom Workplace

130 - Non-profit, residential care, half-way house, work programs, and education programs.
20 - Our staff are not very tech savvy. Therefore, the less skill required, the better. Which is why we enjoy using Zoom Workplace.

No. Because we are non-profit, we try to limit the cost of the services we require.
When setting up the program throughout the agency, any and all questions I had were addressed immediately and I am always encourage to sign up for webinars to help my knowledge expand.
