Overall Satisfaction with Vbout

We love using Vbout to handle all our marketing needs. It's a go-to tool for us because it's so feature-rich. With Vbout, we can do everything we need for our clients without the hassle of switching between different platforms. It's like having all our marketing tools in one place, making our work smoother and more efficient. And it has low learning curve to use the product.

Pros

  • On email marketing, it has petty good recommendation for sending methods.
  • The landing pages can be fully customized with code editor and works with Bootstrap frameworks.
  • The automation comes in handy since it works on all Vbout tools.
  • We can also install the Tracking Code on external websites to utilize Vbout tools.
  • Awesome support team!

Cons

  • The moderation on landing pages which resulting it takes time to launch a page.
  • While Tracking Code works fine, it will be great if we can see the analytics like we have on landing page.
  • Overall UI needs refreshment.
  • More income sources.
  • More services we can provide.
  • More target audiences.
Great experience so far. Vbout has low learning curve. It's a user-friendly product with comprehensive knowledge base. Even if we meet a blocker, their team is ready to help us solve the issue. Their keep the dashboard straightforward that contains all tools, so we can access each one of them right away.
The dashboard isn't as clean as Vbout and the access to each tools isn't straightforward. The landing page builder is also very basic. Not much customization in terms of design and development.

On the other hand, Vbout has cleaner layout even though on UI perspective there's room for improvement. But the overall experience is user-friendly.

Vbout has many features that we need for marketing. With their current capabilities, they keep pushing for development, adding more updates and features we might need. Apart from the features, they have helpful and very informative support team.
